The installed capacity at Auto Pins is 3000 tonnes/month. The unloading and handling of raw materials is mechanized , the hot working stations are PLC controlled and furnaces are oil fired with PID temperature controllers. We possess in-house calibration facilities and an automated assembly line. Our painting and paint-baking ovens are also automated.
Our manufacturing plants have full forging capabilities and extensive heat treatment and stress peening facilities. Our tool and die facility has CNC equipment which allows very quick fabrication of the specialized high tolerance tooling required to meet our customer satisfaction specifications. This versatility allows production of a wide range of products in large quantities from single prototypes and small batch sizes to high volumes.
